Heartsease at Shallotte. A Luxury Rental Community!

Heartsease Shallotte's newest community, Heartsease.

This 83-unit single family lifestyle rental community to be built off of Bridgers Rd near Mulberry street, and the already started Shallotte Riverwalk Project.

The site is less than one mile from the Ocean Highway/US Route 17—a thoroughfare which connects Atlantic Coast communities from Florida to Virginia—and only a half a mile from US Route 17 Business which serves as Shallotte’s Main Street.

Heartsease is a lifestyle rental community serving residents who choose renting over home ownership—a rapidly growing market, particularly popular among seniors.

This community will offer customers all the benefits of a luxury multifamily lifestyle—clubhouse, pool, game courts, community green space, on-site management, landscaping and maintenance—without sacrificing the advantages of a single-family home.

Check out these Craftsman Style Cottages. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom Floor Plans available.

Prices are very very over the top. Who can afford to put food in their mouths and pay that much in rent, an car insurance and internet and electric. An what about the expenses of having children. This is just outrageous

Are you kidding with those prices? Who can afford them unless you are rich? Average people who need housing lose out.
